Merchant responsibility
Merchants remain responsible for products, prices, taxes, communications, payments, refunds, deliveries and customer obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use Trakoli for illegal, fraudulent, abusive or rights-infringing activity, or to compromise service security.
Plans and billing
Billing follows the current pricing page. A processed order is an order that reached a final outcome — completed, cancelled or returned — and is counted once. Charges may also include applicable add-ons, taxes, conversions and third-party costs.
Connected services
WhatsApp, payment, delivery and other providers retain their own terms, availability and restrictions.
Assisted features
Suggestions and automation may be incomplete or incorrect. Merchants must configure rules and review sensitive actions.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve or be interrupted by maintenance or third-party dependencies. Features vary by plan, market and capabilities.
Suspension and closure
Accounts may be limited for non-payment, security risk, policy violation or legal requirements. Merchants may request account closure.
Realistic limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Trakoli does not guarantee sales, revenue, uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs.
Updates
Material changes will be published with an updated revision date and notice where required.
